Airbag adapter VAS 5232/2

To prevent unintended release of the side airbag during assembly and removal work on the driver and front passenger side, the ignition lead of the relevant side airbag module must be short circuited to its housing. This is done for reasons of safety.
Introduction: Volkswagen Phaeton
For all other side airbag systems, airbag adapters VAS 5232 VAS 5232/1 VAS 5094 and VAS 5068 should be used.
Warning!!
One adapter per side airbag (4) is required!
The application is described in the relevant workshop manual.
